Terms of use.

1. Who these terms cover

BlueBurp Studio is operated by Vivek Kumar, an independent game developer based in India. These terms cover blueburp.com, our support service, and authorised use of 2048 Tilewick, subject to any terms presented with a particular release.

Google Play’s terms also apply to distribution through that platform. Google’s Developer Distribution Agreement is an agreement between the developer and Google; it is not a separate contract you enter into with BlueBurp Studio.

2. Age & eligibility

2048 Tilewick is intended for players aged 13 and above. The intended audience is separate from its eventual Google Play content rating and any applicable requirements for consent or age-related safeguards.

If you are under 18, involve a parent or guardian where required by law before using a game or sharing information. The website contact form is intended for adults; a parent or guardian should send a younger player’s enquiry. Accepting these terms does not itself provide consent to advertising or Analytics.

3. Using the website

You may browse the website and send legitimate enquiries. Do not send spam or unlawful content, attempt unauthorised access, introduce harmful code, impersonate another person, or disrupt the website or another person’s device or service.

The privacy policy describes how information is handled. The cookie policy explains browser storage.

4. Game use & testing

For a game legitimately distributed to you through Google Play, you receive a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual licence to use the authorised product, subject to applicable platform terms, mandatory rights, and any lawful removal required by the platform. Applicable platform rights to display product icons and change their colours or themes are preserved.

You may use the game for personal enjoyment. You may not redistribute copies or studio content without authorisation, exploit the game to harm others, or use it unlawfully. These terms do not restrict uses or rights that applicable law or the relevant platform terms expressly permit.

Testing builds can contain bugs or unfinished features. Scores, progress, screenshots, and features may change between builds; continuity of testing progress is not guaranteed. Testing access does not promise a release date or payment. Any separately agreed tester arrangement continues to apply.

5. Content & ownership

Studio branding, original artwork, website content, and game materials belong to BlueBurp Studio or their respective rights holders. The rights granted for personal use do not transfer ownership. Third-party software and materials retain their applicable licences.

Our brand downloads are available for accurate identification of the studio and commentary about its games. Do not imply endorsement, impersonate the studio, or present these materials as your own. Contact us for other uses.

6. Advertising & third-party services

2048 Tilewick uses Google AdMob for advertisements and Google Analytics for usage measurement. Their data practices and the game’s pending consent settings are described in the game privacy section.

Ads and external links can lead to services operated by third parties. Their own terms apply to your dealings with them. Report an inappropriate, misleading, or disruptive ad through Contact & support. These terms do not require you to click an ad or disclose personal information to an advertiser.

7. Purchases & refunds

This website does not take payments, and it does not currently advertise an available game purchase or in-app purchase. If purchases are offered in a future release, prices and conditions will be shown before purchase, and the applicable billing service’s terms and refund process will apply.

For a purchase handled by Google Play, consult Google Play’s refund information and contact us if you need support. Nothing in these terms removes a refund right or other protection provided by applicable law or the relevant platform.

8. Support & feedback

Contact contact@blueburp.com or use our contact form for defects, performance issues, feedback, testing enquiries, or privacy requests. Provide accurate information relevant to the issue. Avoid sharing passwords, payment details, or information you are not authorised to disclose.

We handle support for our games. Response times depend on the enquiry; any mandatory platform or legal response obligations continue to apply. If paid products or in-app transactions are offered through Google Play, we will meet its applicable support response requirements.

We may use your suggestions to improve our games without an obligation to implement them or pay compensation, unless separately agreed. This does not transfer ownership of your independently created work or permit use of your personal information beyond the privacy policy.

9. Availability & responsibility

We aim to keep the website and games accurate and usable, but availability, device compatibility, and uninterrupted or error-free operation cannot be guaranteed. Features may change and maintenance may temporarily affect access.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the website and testing builds are provided as available without additional warranties. Nothing in these terms excludes liability, limits a consumer right, or removes a remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

10. Applicable law & jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to mandatory legal rights and the powers of competent statutory authorities, disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.

11. Changes & contact

We may revise these terms when the website, games, or relevant requirements change. The revision date identifies the current version. Additional notice will be provided where required by applicable law.
